I understand that maybe some of the things explained in the article may not be relevant to all of you, since you all live in different parts of the world. Nonetheless, it's a good starting point.
I think most of us tend to forget about the legal side of the horse world. The problem is, that it is very much involved in our sport and if it is ignored, it can cost us a lot of money. The suggestions written in the article are a good way to start protecting ourselves (since we all know that the law is a very detailed thing).
I would also suggest that you protect yourself with a person who has a background with horses. That way, they too know what a horse is and will be more help to you if (or when) a problem ever occurs.
